What I don't Understand

Why moms put there daughters in dresses to go to the park then tell them (the entire time they are there) to keep their legs together. First of all, I don't have a girl but my rule is that if your girl is potty-trained her legs should be together. Teach some modesty! Second of all, shorts and pants should be worn to the park so this does not matter and the kid can play. So glad I have a boy so he can sit like this:
